Yes it has the wiring coming out of it. You will disconnect the old motor and connect the new motor. 1468-3489 is the replacement to 1468-310.
It comes pre-wired? Coleman Mach 1468-3489 2-Speed Blower Motor rv air conditioner parts
Also: replaced 1469-310?
