Yes, it does. It is a raised travel block. The slide out room actually slides on that wedge block acting like a wear bar. These are installed by the OEM under the slide out box onto the floor/decking of the chassis as they're building the RV. If your unit does not have these, you would need to consult your coach's manufacturer to discuss this part and how/where to install it, and if it's even compatible with the type of slide(s) you have. We simply provide the slide mechanisms and other parts to the OEM, they decide where/how to install those on the coach/RV they designed.
