No, Unfortunately, that thermostat is not a good replacement. The recommended thermostat is 9630A3371. Please note, this thermostat is black in color and a little bit smaller. The new thermostat comes with plugs on it, if the plugs are not needed, you can cut the plugs off and wire like normal.
