Using a set of jumper cables, with the jack foot installed – clip one end of the Negative Cable to the foot of the jack
Attach the other end of the Negative Cable to the Negative Battery Terminal
Connect the power wire coming from the jack head, directly to the positive battery terminal
If the jack works as it should then I would recommend wiring the jacks power wire directly to the positive battery terminal and running a 10-gauge wire from the mounting bolt, directly to the negative battery terminal. This will ensure a good, direct connection.
Try the jack switches with this connection. If the jack still does not operate correctly with this connection, then I will process a warranty claim.
To process a claim, I will need the following
- Copy of your purchase receipt
- PO# & Serial number from the silver sticker
- Shipping address and contact number
