The factory code for the EM AlSentis lock is 3715 enter. The button with the key on it is the enter button. To program a new code, touch and hold both the 3|4 button and the enter button for 2 seconds. The lock will beep, meaning it is ready to accept a new code. Enter a new 4 digit code followed by the enter button (the button with the key). The lock will beep again four times to indicate the new code has been set. The new code will now activate the lock.
