Is the only difference between this (204758) and the friction hinge (258548) the tension on the friction hinge? (Lippert 204758 RV 6 Leaf Entry Door Hinge Assembly

Both hinges will be the same size. The friction hinge, 258548 has more pre-drilled holes than the 204758, the standard hinge. Other than that, yes, they will both be 6 leafs and have a leaf for the screen door.

If you are looking to do friction hinges, we use one friction hinge on the top, and one friction hinge on the bottom, the middle is a regular hinge. ( Per Lippert)
