The TST repeater is hard wired to a 12 power source. It has a fuse on the red wire. If you wish to disconnect the repeater when the RV is parked, you may remove the fuse. It has just mill amps of draw, so it doesn't pull much power. It will not hurt the repeater to be plugged in all the time. ( Per TST)
