I would use 9630a3361 it’s a heat pump set up. Yes the other will work as well

Question: Are connectors on the Coleman Mach 8530-3481 thermostat compatible with original 8530A349?
Answer: Yes the 8530-3481 is compatible with the 8530A349. The 8530-3481 does not have the plugs so you will need to wire it in. You may also need the room temp sensor linked below.

Question: What does back of unit look like, with wires and plugs?
Answer: We do not have a picture of the backside of the 8530-3481 but this model does not come with the plugs. Below is the manual that has the wiring diagram.
