Why does this unit not have a side to side pivot like blue ox. Not sure how it handles uneven terrain without it? (Ready Brute RB-9050-2 Elite II Tow Bar And Brake Combo)

The Ready Brute Elite II tow bar was designed without the pivot after reviewing other brands not having a pivot point like that. The Ready Brute Elite II legs do rotate 360 degrees, even while locked in, which does help with that situation some. ( NSA)
