I have a Mac 3 + AC Model 48203-669 with a ceiling assembly 9430D715. Will this part work to replace what I have? I also have a heat strip on my AC

Question: Do I have to run a 12 V circuit? My Mach 10 only has 120 V going to it. Will the controls still work?
