This Thermostat Gas Control Valve (Part # 161111) was used on ALL Suburban Pilot model water heaters since the 36 th week of 1995 up to the last production of the pilot models last year when we discontinued them. The SW10P water heater with Serial Number 061304023 that you provided was built on the 13 th week of 2006.
