You never have to remove the knobs to use any of our stove covers. Knobs always stay in place. The 3071ABK is the Suburban SDN2U. 2 burner drop-in cook top. Listed below are the options for Covers.
Follow-up question to the first cover question... Suburban 3066ABK 2 Burner Drop-In Cooktop Cover - Black RV Ranges Accessories
Both cover part numbers indicate the covers are only 5/8" in height. The knobs are almost 1 3/4" from the counter top surface. Wither either of those part numbers, the knobs would have to be removed for the cover to site securely around the stove top. I was hoping there might be a cover which would site over the stove top without having to remove the knobs and possible even the grates.
