This is just one stabilizer cross bar for a set of jacks. The jacks are not included.

This doesn't answer the question. One stabilizer bar would not do anything except stabilize one corner of the RV.
Does this price include 2 cross bars (to attach to two scissor jacks) or 4 cross bars (for the front and rear of a trailer)??
