DOMETIC says DOMETIC Part # 3109350.011 is 23.25 x 15.25 Over-all; the Door is 13.75 x 21 9/16. Any idea why you are claiming a different size than the OEM mfg?

I apologize the measurements for the side vent were incorrect on our site. The correct measurements are:
Outside Overall: 24" L x 16-3/8" W.
Door Only: 22-1/2" L x 14-3/4" W.
Cut Out: 21-3/8." L x 13-5/8" W.
