Question: What does the back and wireing connector look like?
Answer: We do not have a picture of the backside of the 8530-3481 but this model does not come with the plugs. Below is the manual that has the wiring diagram.

Question: Is it possible to reduce the deadband temperature for the AC operation to tighter than 3° F ?
Answer: That will not work as Coleman's thermostats can't be calibrated.
