Yes, the #360RV8 + 2 x #3602 sensors will work on your semi truck. You could also purchase the #360RV10 system, which includes 10 sensors. #3623 external antenna kit is also required for a Semi application, to ensure consistent signal reception from all tire pressure sensors to the in-cab monitor/display.
