The RV Designer H271 is actually a metal spring loaded door strut.
Is the H 271 plastic or metal? RV Designer H271 6-1/4'' Spring Loaded Cabinet Door Support Strut, Set of 2 RV Cabinet Hardware
Are the H271 struts all metal or are they plastic? I purchased the H277 and the struts are plastic, worked fine for a short time but they have gotten soft and won;t hold open now.
