Is the grill mounted on your Keystone the Aussie bbq grill? Low heat is commonly caused by your LP gas supply not being opened up all the way. Are you hooked up to your onboard LP supply or using a quick disconnect LP hose? If it's a hose then there might be a leak somewhere.
