The self-adjust replacements for the Lippert 122450 are the (296650) which is the aftermarket part number for the RH self adjust brake assembly used on 3.5K axles (296649) is the LH side. Self adjust is the same as auto adjust. It automatically adjusts itself, as opposed to our manual adjust brake assembly.
