REFUND POLICYTo ensure that every product we ship out is new, every return we receive back must also be in new condition. For faster processing and 100% refund on items returned, make sure your return adheres to the following guidelines:
- All items must be returned within 90 days of their original delivery date.
- All returned products must be in new condition with no signs of use, in the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/labels still attached.
- All returned items are inspected; used and damaged items will be returned to the customer.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged in transit or the incorrect item was shipped. In which case we will cover the shipping to bring the item back as well as the shipping for the replacement part.
