The 4034 Acrylic Roof Coating that you mentioned is strictly for use on EPDM rubber roofing. We do not recommend a coating your rubber roof with any type of sealant or coating.

We do, however, have a cleaner that is formulated to be tough on stains, but gentle enough to use on a regular basis.
