The General Electric GPV10FGNBB 9.8 Cubic Ft Top- Freezer Refrigerator draws 4-8 amps. Daily consumption of power depends on climate the fridge is operating in. if the unit is in Texas in the summer it will run longer to cool to offset against the heat gain. If used in fall or winter it will reasonably draw less. It will be necessary to understand the environment it will be used in and power available to run it. 1 battery 2 and how many amps the batteries are built with. From that you can calculate run time.

I have a 100 amp Lithium battery that I will be able to charge from DC - DC while driving, solar and shore power when available. I will travel mostly in the mid-west where we do not get the blazing heat of Texas. I saw a post saying that this unit uses about 4 amp hours per day once it reaches temperature. How long will it take this unit to get to temperature? I assume that after temp I would only draw 4 amps per day.

When it says it draws 4-8 amps, that is usually per hour. So @ 4 amps (maintenance draw let's say) it will use 4x24 or 96 amp hours of power in a day.
I just purchased a camper (2023) with one of these units. I am calculating my battery capacity to run this unit and other minor items like a few lights, the water pump and charge some phones for about 10 hours between generator and solar charging cycles. That means I need about 40 ah for the fridge and maybe another 40 for the rest. If I have one 100ah Lithium LiFoPO4 battery, that should get me through those 10hours provided it is fully charged once I go no battery only for about 8-10 hours.
These 12v refrigerators are a power hog relatively speaking. If you need to go longer, I suggest at minimum 2-100 ah Lithium batteries. If you use Deep cycle lead acid batteries, keep in mind they are only rated to discharge 50% before recharging or you risk damaging them long term. That means a 100 ah lead acid battery only gives you 50 ah of usable power before they are "dead".
