What isthe Hieght hookup location (Suburban 3085A Slide-In Glass Stovetop Cover)

3085A glass stovetop cover has a flush mount so the range will have to be lowered. The average height of the cook top is about 3 5/8". I've attached the Installation Instructions for this kit for review.
