The 013-1119 base is also used as the mount for under the dinette table to accept the table leg post.

The AP Products Round Flush Mount Table Leg Base is made to install into the floor, but once installed it will be level with the floor, creating less of a tripping hazard, when not in use. The table leg (sold separately) will easily slide into the bases hole, creating added support for the table.
