If you're using 3" Valterra Bladex valves then yes, 24130 will be the correct fit for your pipes. You shouldn't have to make any modifications for it to fit.
My current 24130's are mounted on Valterra bladex valves. Will these mount on the current Y pipe will no changes? Barker 24130 3" Auto-Drain RV Waste Valve
