Without troubleshooting, it sounds like an ice maker mold heater issue. Yes, the 633324 ice maker is a replacement.
Ice maker sometime "freezes" with cubes half way out. Norcold 633324 Ice Maker Assembly RV Refrigerators Freezers
I must use hair dryer to defrost it. Is this an ice maker problem or freezer/refer problem, it's a 1210M? Would a new unit fix this?
