Manchester V13414 fill valve has a float and Marshall Excelsior ME601-6 does not.

The float on this valve is part of an overfill prevention mechanism. ME601-6 would be the correct double check fill valve to fit in the tank connection, but it does not have an overfill prevention mechanism. If the tank has a separate fixed liquid level valve (like an MEJ400), ME601-6 could be used, but it is not a direct replacement for the v13414 valve.
