Question: Is this resin able to be used in all water softeners?
Answer: Yes you could use this resin in any water softener, it will just depend on the softener as to how much you should use.
Question: How does this softener purify water? That is not the job of a water softener.
Answer: This softener does not purify the water only soften it. I have made a change in the product details to reflect this. We apologize for that inaccuracy.
