Yes the LPT50BRD will replace the ESCO ES50M-65N 50 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch but you will need to splice wires as the wiring may come from a different direction.

ESCO ES50M-65N 50 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch
The ESCO 50 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch is intended for use as an electrical transfer switch to automatically switch multiple sources. It will automatically switch from campground power to generator power and vice versa, if the generator is on, it will be the dominant source of power.
