I reached out to Greystone and they said that is not an option of the WF2613L fireplace.
How can I get the flame setting to stay on 1 after I turn it off and restart it? Greystone WF2613L Recessed Electric Fireplace With Logs - 26'' RV Interior Accessories
Model WF2613L, won't stay at flame setting 1. When turned off and restarted it come on at setting 9.
