What are those blue knurled fittings near where the hoses attach on Flojet triplex 2.9?

My pump is leaking slowly, but hose clamps are tight. Do those blue connectors slide in/out and can they leak? thanks.

They call them Side Clips, when you push them in they will lock the Port Fitting in place, when you Pull the Clip out that will release them so you can remove the Fitting.

Sometimes you would need a small screwdriver to push them back and forth. And if the are not used right the fitting will pop right out.
