Answer: No, the motor is not available.
Question: Can I replace the foot with a wheel to move my dump trailer by hand in my garage ?
Answer: Yes there are 2" wheels for tongue jacks as the foot comes off, I have linked an example below. Remember the tubes are designed for vertical weight, you will need to be careful you do not bend the tube.
