The only difference between the Left-Hand & Right-Hand sway control unit itself is the direction of the sticker.
Husky Part# 34715 comes with a RH sway control unit and the hardware to mount it. Typically, the sway control ball attaches to the W/D hitch head.
The 34845, weld on ball mount, can be purchased separately for those using the sway control on a ball mount instead of a W/D hitch
Husky Part# 37498 comes with a LH sway control unit, hardware to mount, and the weld on ball mount for use with other brands of W/D hitch heads that only have 1 sway control mounting hole, or if they want sway control on their ball mount
