According to a tech at Greystone this issue happens during shipping. To resolve it you will need to remove the 2 screws on the back panel and remove the back panel and then pop the inner plastic back into place.
The flame wand on my F2613L is rubbing on the back of the wall making noise. the metal strips are making noise. Greystone WF2613L Recessed Electric Fireplace With Logs - 26'' RV Interior Accessories
