The controller for the RV awning lights has special effects, flash, strobe, fade, and smooth. Flash might have been hit by accident at one point. The instruction manual isn't clear on how to take off the special effects but my guess is hit the on button, then try to hit the flash button again and see if the lights change back to solid. Let me know if this resolved the issue or if you need more help. Thanks.
