You don’t have to shut down the system while replacing the hose. The regulator has a built-in back-check valve in both inlets, and therefore, shutting off flow to inlet without the hose attached.
Can we disconnect and replace hose to one tank without shutting the whole system off? Cavagna Two-Stage RV Automatic Changeover LP Propane Regulator LP Regulators
We have old cracked hose that is leaking and needs to be replaced. Can we disconnect that hose while regulator is still drawing from full tank with good hose, or will propane continue to flow towards valve that we’ve disconnected which would obviously be hazardous. Thanks for you advice
