If one slide is not working, then the valve or cylinder on that room is bad. I spoke to Lippert regarding this issue and you would need to take your coach to an RV service center to have it looked at.
I have a Holiday Rambler with 3 slide outs, 2 work fine but 3rd one will not work. Lippert 127245 Triple Hydraulic Slide Out Room Irc Assembly Lippert Electric and Hydraulic Slide Repair Out Parts
Stopped working after I manually closed valves to operate one rom at a time.
