I reached out to Coleman with your request, they stated that the ceiling assembly you ordered with 48203C866 will have the mounting frame and bolts with it.

I apologize, the info I received from the rep I spoke to was not correct. The 8333A1031 mounting frame and bolt package is used in almost every ceiling assembly Coleman manufacturers, so most likely you will be okay. If your coach is a Winnebago, then the mounting frame most likely will be different.
