The nut end that screws onto your valve stem turns independently, separately from the stem. Sometimes though you have to hold onto the stem itself when turning.
Does the full valve extender turn or does the end that screws onto the valve stem rotate independently? Wheel Masters 8029 Valve Stem Extensions - 45 Degrees Valve Extenders
Have limited space if the full component rotates as it screws on the existing valve.
