Dometic thermostats cannot be replaced with a Coleman thermostat, unless you are running a Coleman Mach air conditioner.
I have a dometic 3 wire basic heat/cool thermostat that I want to replace with the coleman mack. Which one? Coleman Mach 8330-3862 Air Conditioner Thermostat, Single Stage, Heat/Cool Digital, Black RV Air Conditioners
My dometic has a black , red and green wire . The coleman mack I purchased does not have a black wire and many others. DId I purchase the wrong one? I bought the 8330-386. What is the correct one?
