The door won't open as there might be water inside the unit.
We would recommend to use Drain only or add a sock feature (press and hold the start button for 10 seconds ).
Once the water is drained out completely, you will be able to open the door.
For error E-3 , please follow below mentioned instructions
1- check if the water connections is on.
2- close the water valves and check if the hoses are not bent or kinked
3- check if the inlet valves have screen filters.
