Why is this water pump switch rated at 10 amps when the other water pump monitor switches are rated at 7.5 amps?

Why would the water pump switch be any different between the various monitors?

I reached out to my tech at Garnet and he said all of the switches are the same. All of their monitors can take up to 10 amps but to be safe they call for a 7.5 amp fuse and a relay when the pump switch pulls more than that.
