Question: Does this converter have a jumper to switch to Lithium charge mode?
Answer: The PD4045KV does not have the jumper. You would need to purchase a new converter section, PD4045LICS, which unfortunately, we do not carry at this time.
Question: Does the cooling fan run all the time or just when needed to cool
Answer: The fan on the PD4045KV runs only when it is needed.
