All the Oxygenics shower heads have the same water saving features, with the Oxygenics engines. Yes, you are correct, the difference is the settings.

I am happy with it but it has no spray pattern options. My question is does this shower head have all the same water saving and pressure boosting features as the one i have just with added patterns OR is is it different in other ways also.

Answer: No, the Oxygenics 92481 has a high, medium, low flow switch on the back of the head but no complete shut off option.
