As long as your 2015 Ford F-150 XL 4X4 can be towed 4 wheels down and has a 2" receiver then the RB-4000B Supplemental Brake system will work. Below is a link to the installation instruction manual for the Readybrake RB-4000B Towed Vehicle Ball Style Supplemental Brake System.
