The 521448-4 base plate is an EZ4 model and it requires a crossbar style tow bar. The sterling would work with the 521448-4.
I have the 521448-4 hitch on my jeep unlimited. I was looking at the Sterling tow bar. Roadmaster 576 Sterling All Terrain 6 Wire Tow Bar - 8000 lbs Capacity blue ox towbars
I don't have the round pins or crossbar if it needs on for the Sterling
