I am building an office on a fifth wheel frame, can I install this heater with ducting exiting to the ceiling?

Can I install ducting to the ceiling or do I need to install in a wall lower to the floor. Ceiling would be a lot easier with ability to use larger 4" ducts rather than smaller will ceiling register heat just as well or take longer or less efficient?
