I reached out to Icon to see if they had instructions and they gave me the below link. Do you have a spinwelded sensor or is it one of the normal tank sensors? A spin welded sensor does not have a screw to tighten and seal the sensor into the tank wall. A spin welded sensor you would need to cut out with a hole saw and patch the hole and then place the new one in a different location. The normal sensors you should be able to loosen and wiggle out of the hole and replace with a different sensor.
