RV Comfort.PHP Colemen Mach PN 6536A3351 Thermostat, does it have wires or connectors?

I think my thermostat is bad and want to replace it. It is the thermostat listed above for a 2 stage heat pump and gas heat. The current one has all the wires to the thermostat soldered directly to the PCB. Does the new one require soldering or does it have connectors? If it has connectors I will need the mating connectors to attach to the wires. A picture of the inside of the thermostat would be helpful.
