The difference is the 6000RBTA has the reversible fan blade motor (in or out). The 6000BTA does not have the reversing option.

The Dometic Fan-Tastic Dome Sensor Vent includes an automatic dome opener with a rain sensor, thermostat, and reversible fan. The dome cover is opened when the dome up switch is turned on and closed when the down feature is selected.
